We offer psychotherapy and life coaching, specifically for males ages 15 and older within Ontario. Our services are designed to support men in navigating life’s challenges and improving their overall mental health.

We specialize in the treatment of a wide range of issues including:

We also provide specialized care for first responders—including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, corrections officers, and military personnel—who may be dealing with trauma, burnout, PTSD, and other occupational stressors.

  • What are the qualifications of the therapists?

    All therapists hold a masters degree to practice as a psychotherapist. All therapists have additional training and are certified to provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is recognized as a leading treatment approach for a range of mental health and addiction issues.

  • Who can access this service?

    We work exclusively with males ages 15 years or older who are seeking therapy or life coaching and who may be struggling with a range of issues such as stress, separation/break up, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, addiction, emotional difficulties, relationship conflict, communication issues, school or workplace challenges, and more.

  • Do I attend sessions in-person or online?

    We provide virtual sessions exclusively for Ontario residents. Research found that digital therapy can be as effective as in-person therapy. Your therapist will send a link via email prior to your session to connect.

  • How do I pay?

    You can provide billing information to be billed directly through your insurance provider or credit card.

  • Is psychotherapy tax deductible?

    Yes, psychotherapy is recognized as an income tax deductible medical expense by Canada Revenue Agency.

  • How much does each session cost?

    The cost per session is $190 no tax with each session having a duration of 50 - 60 minutes approximately. Insurance may provide coverage and we are able to bill insurance directly depending on provider.
